Human society lives and propagates concept of a Leader.Rightly or wrongly role of a leader is placed as mandatory. A World without a leader is beyond imagination. Have you ever asked, why? Simply because the concept is so firmly placed and reaffirmed at every stage of life and in each of human endowments be an organization, institution, family or social setup. It is possible in today's environment of enabling technology with years of wisdom that exists on earth to eliminate the position of a Leader. Artificial Intelligence(misnomer nomenclature floated for writing algorithms of events and generate options for way forward digitally is another act to live with assumed realities of past), Why call it Artificial? It is possible today to generate outcomes which are beyond comprehension of a person with organic brain, based on avaiable data of events related directly or indirectly.Target is for chosing and that must be set by consensus in a community. Here is role of cooperatives. Cooperatives must evolve in a leader neutral environment. Objectives and missions for Humans are not so obscure. Technology is enabler of a new dawn when every life would matter.
